Septic Solutions across North Carolina

Very honest family own, doesn’t over charge, out going and dependable, would not ask for a better company. My mother had an emergency late in the afternoon and could not find anyone to come out but Coastal septic that would not charge close to $1000. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much!

Very professional local family business. Very reliable. They did emergency work for me at 10 o clock on a Saturday night for literally half the cost of other company’s quotes. Highly recommended for any septic needs.

Jonathan came out and fixed our tank plus helped identify a future problem. He was neat, polite and quick. Would definitely recommend for any friends!

My husband contacted Coastal Septic about a problem we are having. He left his name and number and in less than 5 minutes someone called back. My husband described the issue we're having to him. But instead of them scheduling an appointment for repair, the gentleman offered a possible fix that we could try ourselves. I think it speaks volumes about this company's character that free advice was offered when he could have easily came to our home and billed us for the repair. This is a business we would highly recommend to anyone!! Good and honest people are a rare find these days. Thank you so much Coastal Septic Solutions.

Fantastic service. John was a wealth of information and really helped us understand our septic system. Will use them again!

Great service. Needed a pump as I was starting to get back-flow. They reworked their schedule so they could come out same day, and wouldn't leave until they made sure there were absolutely no more issues! Will definitely use them in the future.

Coastal Septic Solutions completed our work in a timely fashion and at a fair price. It was not an easy area to work in, or place new lines, but out of all the companies that I contacted, only Coastal stepped up to say that they could do the job... and they did, in one day. I highly recommend them for their quality of work, price, and willingness to help others.
